1-month plan $450 If you’re seeking to make some simple nutrition changes for your lifestyle, this package offers a full assessment (75 minutes) and 4 weekly (50-minute) follow-up appointments with clinical nutritionist, Melinda Staehling. Together you will select actionable habits based on achievable goals and your unique values. You’ll have access to a secure client portal to share your meals, track habits, and message with Melinda.
3-month plan $1100 This plan is for people who are looking to make lifestyle transitions or dig deeper into chronic health issues. It provides time to implement new habits around food, nutritional supplementation, and movement. This package includes the initial 75-minute assessment and weekly check-in appointments. You’ll have full access to the client portal and messaging with clinical nutritionist, Melinda Staehling.
Payment for single sessions is due at the time of service, packages are to be paid in advance.
Packages are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
Parking fees necessary to provide in-home personal training are not included in the training fee structure and will be added to the cost of the session.
Travel outside our standard service area may include a surcharge to cover expenses.
We ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged.
