Lisa makes a limited number of spaces available each week for private wellness coaching, which offer a time to more deeply explore the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual health. Lisa enjoys this unique opportunity to merge personal training and wellness with her background in contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness practice. Sessions may take place indoors, in a more traditional format, outdoors in a walk/talk format, or remotely via zoom.
